Our Leadership
Wayne
Haggstrom, President of Sympraxis LLC, has more than 20 years’
experience working with individuals, organizations and companies,
helping them improve their people and processes. He has assisted
clients in both industrial and service areas, ranging from the
Federal Government and Fortune 100 Companies to individual start-ups.
He has worked with the financial industry, the real estate business,
construction and construction trades, cartography and printing,
among others. Wayne is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified through
Johnson Controls and trained by the Six Sigma Institute, as
well as a Certified Quality Facilitator by the Total Quality
Institute. He holds degrees in Engineering and Information Technology
from Ohio State University and Webster University, and has taken
courses at the Juran Institute.
